For those who are missing teeth, implants help restore health and beauty to your smile. Implants are attached to your jawbone unlike dentures or traditional bridges. Dental implants look and feel more like natural teeth.
The candidate best suited for a dental implant is in good general and oral health. Sufficient bone in your jaw is needed to support the implant, and the ideal candidates have healthy gum tissues that are free of periodontal diseases.
Some implants can take two to six months for the bone and implant to bond together to form anchors. During this time, you may wear a removable temporary tooth replacement option over the implant site. Other implants can be placed immediately, and our specialists place the implant immediately following tooth extraction and attach a temporary fixed
tooth replacement.
Dentures
Partial dentures are used to replace missing teeth. Consisting of replacement teeth, plastic gum area and either metal clasps or precision attachments, partials can make eating and speaking easier for people who are missing some of their teeth. Partials are removable, which makes them easier to clean and care for. We also offer full dentures.
Makeovers with Veneers
Probably the most versatile of cosmetic dentistry procedures, porcelain veneers can fix all sorts of problems. They can be used to cover chips and stains. They can also be used to change the length, shape, or color of your teeth. Our porcelain veneers are custom-made for you. They're thin sheets of natural-looking porcelain that are laid over your teeth to mask problems and create beauty. Contact our office today!

General Dentistry
Regular cleanings and checkups are a very important part of your dental hygiene and overall health care. With routine x-rays and the latest diagnostic aids like intra-oral cameras, we can provide you and your family with a complete dental care program in a comfortable and pleasant setting. We offer the latest innovative dental technology to assist you in achieving and maintaining an optimum level of dental health.
Routine Cleaning
Regular cleaning is a very important part of your dental hygiene and overall health care. Routine cleaning and Fluoride treatment removes and prevents the build-up of tartar and plaque, polishes your teeth to make them smooth and shiny, and helps you to avoid gingivitis. You should have a routine check-up and cleaning at least twice a year. Since everyone's needs are different, we may recommend additional check-ups and cleaning to keep your teeth and gums healthy.
Comprehensive Exams
The best way to correct dental problems is to avoid them in the first place. Treatment in our office means you'll receive the most thorough exam possible. New Dental Solutions for Sleep Apnea
With cases of Sleep Apnea and disruptive snoring on the increase, affecting one of three Americans, many of our patients have asked if there is anything that Dr. Gross can do to help them with these issues. A & A Dental is proud to now offer treatment to help eliminate snoring and Sleep Apnea. By fitting you with an oral device that can be worn while sleeping, we can help to alleviate these conditions and help you get a better nights rest. Only licensed dentists with training in dental sleep medicine can help you get one of these appliances and assure you have the best customized fit.
Although snoring seems physically harmless, it can also be a warning sign of more serious issues including Obstructive Sleep Apnea which can cause chronic sleepiness, strokes, heart attacks, high blood pressure and headaches.
The oral device we offer is an alternative to the CPAP or surgery that has brought real relief to many patients. This is often a more comfortable and a less cumbersome solution for our patients. Here is a comparison of Sleep Apnea Treatments:
